We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@bellekloset.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping).

 Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is on us.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
