Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3-5 business days

• Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. You may receive items in separate packages.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Flat-rate shipping under $75: $4.95

Delays

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally happen due to weather or high demand. Thank you for your patience!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bellekloset.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
