Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@bellekloset.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll review and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping).

After we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the right product without extra charge.

Flat-rate shipping under $75: $4.95

Delays

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bellekloset.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
